OAuth 2.1 authorization server + MCP resource server. Serves ONLY scopes the user marked Shared.

• POST /pair/start: pairing code from a connector token
• GET /client/manifest, PUT /client/entries, DELETE /client/scope/:scope: desktop push of shared scopes
• GET /client/pending, POST /client/ack, POST /client/discard: desktop down-sync of what connected apps wrote
